We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant team in Peterborough. This role offers the opportunity to be a critical voice in patient care, working closely alongside our in-house periodontist and dental staff in a stimulating and supportive environment. Dental hygienist

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleaning, scaling, and polishing patients’ teeth.
Conduct oral health assessments, including patient histories, vital signs, and risk evaluations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.
Collaborate with dentists and specialists, especially the in-house periodontist, to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized operatory.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach programs, including our “Cavity Free Club” and free dental days.

full-time $45 - $52 per hour

Current New Hampshire Dental Hygiene License
Entry-level candidates welcome; minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and prevention-focused dentistry

Experience working with an in-house periodontist or in a team-based dental environment
Proficiency with electronic dental records and modern dental hygiene tools
Interest in community outreach and continuous professional development
