Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 2 months
• Pay Rate: $29.00-$30.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour days / 4 days per week)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

As a CBRE HVAC Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities.
• Conduct proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
• Meet with a group of 6 mobile technicians every morning and be dispatched to a variety of clients.
• Adapt to different client expectations on a daily basis, as this role is very fluid.
• Work effectively within a team structure.

Required Skills

• Experience with HVAC
• Experience working within a team structure
• Needs to be flexible
• Basic Microsoft Office Outlook skills

Preferred Skills

• Electrical experience
• Experience with PM Schedules
• QHSE or Safety Certifications
• CFC Certification

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Mobile, field-based role - technicians are dispatched daily to a variety of client sites.
• Must be able to adapt to different client environments and expectations each day.
• Background check required: CBRE Safety Specific - With Drug Test.
• Overtime applicable.

Important Notes

• Interview Process: 1st round phone screen with manager; 2nd round virtual interview with manager and upper manager.
• This position has conversion-to-permanent (FTE) potential.
