Job Overview Electrical Estimator – Commercial Construction Responsibilities Create estimates for commercial projects in core markets including healthcare, advanced technology, bio‑pharmaceutical, and corporate office. Develop conceptual budgeting, design development, and construction document estimating (quantification and pricing). Interact with subcontractor community and present estimates/budgets to owners and consultants. Prepare and analyze (scope) electrical bid packages. Collaborate closely with the Orlando regional management team and pre‑construction estimating team. Qualifications 3–10 years of experience as a commercial construction electrical estimator within DPR’s core market projects. Flexible, detail‑oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Timberline and On‑Screen Takeoff is a plus. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic and a “can‑do,” solution‑oriented attitude. Compensation and Benefits Position is salaried with an anticipated starting pay range of $100,000.00 – $180,000.00.
