Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Globe, Arizona. The RN will provide comprehensive critical care nursing for post-surgical patients, post-cardiac catheterization and PCI patients, respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, acute kidney injury, unstable arrhythmias, and other high-acuity conditions.


Responsibilities

• Assess and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, rapid intervention, and complex nursing care.
• Initiate, titrate, and manage vasopressors, thrombolytics, antihypertensives, antidiabetic medications, sedation, and other ordered therapies.
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, telemetry, hemodynamic monitoring, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.
• Provide sepsis management, blood administration, post-PCI care, arrhythmia monitoring, and other critical-care interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Meditech and float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, or Observation units when required.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Applicable Compact RN License Required.
• Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Critical Care / ICU Nursing Experience Required.
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS Certifications Required.
• Current PALS Certification Required.
• Strong Experience With Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Critical-Care Infusions, Telemetry Interpretation, and Invasive Line Management Required.

The ICU RN will provide highly skilled, responsive, and patient-centered critical care while supporting safe outcomes for high-acuity patients.
