Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for a diverse range of species while building lasting relationships with clients and becoming a trusted resource within the local community. Responsibilities include performing wellness and sick examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, conducting preventative healthcare, and collaborating closely with the veterinary and support teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Clinical exposure includes wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, surgery, dentistry, spay and neuter procedures, and parasite prevention. The role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine across both traditional companion animal and exotic species caseloads while contributing to a culture focused on teamwork, client education, and patient advocacy. This position is intended for experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital is an AAHA-accredited full-service practice providing primary care services for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, exotics, and small mammals. The practice specializes in wellness and preventive care, surgery, vaccinations, and diagnostic testing while maintaining a strong commitment to responsible pet ownership and client education. Services offered include pet wellness and sick examinations, vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, spay and neuter procedures, and blood, urine, and fecal testing. The hospital promotes high standards of medical, surgical, and dental care and is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized treatment for every patient. Hospital hours are Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

• A base salary + production, and no negative accrual
