Temp-to-Perm Physician Assistant role for a 13‑week contract at a top healthcare provider in Garberville, California. Earn up to $5,600 per week while delivering high‑quality patient care in a scenic rural setting. Opportunity to transition into a permanent position with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high‑quality patient care in a clinical or urgent care setting.

2. Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.

3. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within scope of practice.

4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.

5. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations.

6. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and health management.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Active California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility for reciprocity)

• NCCPA certification required

• DEA license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Adaptability in a fast‑paced or rural healthcare setting

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of one year of Physician Assistant experience preferred
