You will collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and subcontractors to build accurate budgets, schedules, and bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts. The role requires strong proficiency in estimating software, Excel-based cost analysis, and a proactive approach to constructability reviews.
