What You'll Do

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
• Prepare and analyze accounting transactions related to accruals, lease accounting (ASC 842), revenue recognition, and other key accounting areas
• Assist with consolidations and enterprise-wide financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to finance leadership
• Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including SEC filings
• Partner with internal and external auditors and assist with SOX compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) required
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with consolidations, financial reporting, or public company environments is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as AS400, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus
• CPA or CPA-track candidates encouraged to apply
