Data Entry Specialist

Description Communicate with clients via email to send invoices and collect payments Researching discrepancies with account balances and correcting errors Communicating with internal departments to resolve issues with accounts Pursues delinquent accounts and maintains documented record of collections Generates and distributes billing invoices, statements, and delinquent notices. Provides monthly reporting on aged receivables and matters of collections to management. Assists with special projects and other duties when needed.
