Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Compensation Lead to own broad-based compensation globally. This hands-on builder will move from execution to recommendations, partnering with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to evolve compensation from routine tasks to strategic guidance. You will design offers, promotions, pricing, and salary structures, benchmark against markets, and develop scalable dashboards and models to inform leadership decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Framework Ventures
