Senior Business Analyst

(Hybrid) Description: As a Senior Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you’ll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future. 4+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+) Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills Understanding of core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.) Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps), and/or custom software, including low-code development (configuring and customizing platforms) Ability to implement low code solutions Pre‑sales experience (answering sales calls, managing/documenting leads) Self‑motivated and independently drives projects Designs solutions with business goals in mind Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
