Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to med-surg patients across the float pool
• Float seamlessly between units to support where you're needed most
• Collaborate with dynamic teams to make a real difference in patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patients with compassion and precision
• Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are always front and center

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification
• Recent med-surg experience preferred
• Ready to pass skills checklists, competency exams, EKG, and pharmacology tests

Education

• RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong med-surg nursing fundamentals
• Float pool adaptability and quick learning
• EKG interpretation and pharmacology expertise
• Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
