Primary Care Physician

IMA/Millennium Physician Group is seeking a dedicated Physician to join their Poinciana office in Kissimmee, FL. In this full-time role, you will manage an established and growing patient population in a collaborative, value-based care environment. The position offers dedicated clinical and administrative support, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients during office visits. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on preventive care and chronic disease management. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate findings effectively. Prescribe medications and treatments while educating patients regarding benefits, risks, and side effects. Perform appropriate in-office procedures, including wound care, suturing, joint aspirations, injections, and immunizations. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
