We’re seeking a Home Care Sales Specialist to grow our business through strong community relationships, effective follow-up, and compassionate guidance for families starting care. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to open doors and turn connections into trusted care.

What Youll Be Doing
Generate, pursue, and convert qualified leads to grow the agency’s client base

Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, discharge planners, physicians, and senior communities

Respond promptly to new inquiries and perform in-home or virtual consultations to convert leads into active clients

Represent FirstLight at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional functions

Track activities, leads, conversions, and pipeline through our CRM and scheduling tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should:
Have a High School diploma or GED required; college coursework or healthcare experience preferred

Have a Minimum of 2 years proven success in sales, preferably in home care, healthcare, or service-based industries

Be a confident communicator with a professional presence, strong follow-through, and closing ability

Be tech-literate and able to manage outreach and tracking across CRM, MacBook/iPhone, and scheduling platforms

Be personable, compassionate, and client-centered—but motivated by goals and results

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
