Speech Pathologist

Job Description Job Description Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The location in Margate is a partner center, primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD. Sessions run 30 minutes in length. We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–7, primarily ASD population) Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports) Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines What Makes This Role Different: Fully built schedule—walk into an active caseload True collaboration with ABA and OT Consistency in patients and environment → better outcomes Focus on quality and functional progress Strong administrative and clinical support Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on experience) Experience with pediatric populations required Experience with ASD strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required Benefits Competitive pay structure Paid time off (vacation & sick) Retirement plan options Consistent schedule with growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment
