Responsibilities Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store. Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak up, give feedback and follow up. Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members. Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs. Achieve profitability goals through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results. Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals. Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships and store success. Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in business related field preferred; successful completion of certification testing as needed. Experience: 3 years supervising others preferred, especially in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation. Skills: Strong leadership, managerial, interpersonal, team building, communication (verbal and written), analytical skills; strong commitment to Shetz Corporate Mission, Vision and Total Customer Focus; ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful.
