We are hiring for the following role:
Lead Teacher

As a Lead Teacher in our center, you will play a key role in shaping the developmental journey of young children. You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with our play-based curriculum
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating child care environment
• Support children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development
• Prepare children for kindergarten by introducing structured learning in a supportive way
• Manage daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap time
• Maintain consistent communication with parents using our classroom management system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of care and education

Lead Teachers will also take ownership of classroom management and support leadership directives.

• A strong interest in early childhood education and child development
• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or child care (2–3 years preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of childcare licensing standards is an advantage
• Completion of required DCF hours (where applicable)
