Job Description Job Description A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst to support operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Do Support business projects and operational process improvements Partner with internal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to help deliver effective solutions Analyze business processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements Assist with reporting, project tracking, and operational updates for leadership Create and maintain process documentation and workflows Communicate policy updates, project changes, and business strategies to stakeholders Support business continuity planning and operational readiness efforts What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred 3–5 years of Business Analyst or related experience Financial services industry experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Business continuity or risk assessment experience is a plus Position Details Immediate interview/start available Long-term contingent opportunity with no set end date Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA / 1 remote day ***If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a respected organization while contributing to meaningful operational initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
