You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Law office experience is a plus! Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for visitors. Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct person or department. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including scheduling consultations with new and potential clients. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces. Assist with ordering and managing office supplies. Potentially assist with basic client intake information and case management software input. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
