Providing advanced application support, the full-time Senior System Administrator will manage enterprise applications, primarily focusing on DocuSign services, while working remotely to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Provide Tier II and Tier III support for enterprise business applications and troubleshoot application issues affecting end users Manage ServiceNow incidents and coordinate with technical teams to implement business solutions that improve customer service Gather and document functional and technical requirements while analyzing existing business processes for workflow improvement Required qualifications DocuSign administration and support experience with enterprise application troubleshooting Experience with ServiceNow, including Incident Management and Problem Management Project management experience using Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies Seven or more years supporting enterprise business applications, particularly customer-facing software Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent, plus 5 years of relevant experience
