Car Wash Site Manager Lead, Upsell & Service Excellence

Default Brand is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Sioux Falls location. You will supervise staff, optimize customer service, train team members, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the car wash.
You will also oversee inventory and cash handling while maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include driving membership growth, coordinating shifts, managing outdoor work conditions, and mentoring employees.
