Material Handling

Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Hours: Flexibility required between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, material movement, order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and/or unload materials using proper methods and procedures for securing materials.
• Receive, select, and prepare materials for relocation to end users.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
• Receive incoming materials and route to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Fill work orders, package assemblies, and receive finished goods into inventory.
• Accurately log inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Receive returned materials, inspect condition, and restock or return to supplier as appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records, warehouse transactions, billing verification, and inventory reporting.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and stock materials in designated locations.
• Process orders by accurately selecting, quality checking, sorting, consolidating freight, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume and/or highly regulated industry is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material flow processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to follow and adhere to SOPs and company procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse-related equipment.
• Flexibility with work hours and operational needs.
• Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
