Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Per Diem to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN Per Diem at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Conduct resident assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies for improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of patient care About the Role As an RN Per Diem at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
