In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple acute care units, providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. The Acute Float Pool nurse plays a critical role in maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring consistent patient care throughout the hospital. Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience. Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical settings and patient populations. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
