Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
About the Role:
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients under the supervision of our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, completing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our therapy team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Complete vital signs and monitor patient progress
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobilization and rehabilitation activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
