We’re hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing – a compassionate and driven clinical leader who supports the delivery of exceptional care and helps guide our nursing team. What You’ll Be Doing: Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department Mentor and train nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care Support the development and implementation of programs that enhance resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Collaborate with leadership to maintain a climate of continuous improvement and resident-centered care Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state Requires minimum of 2 years’ experience working in long term care or equivalent Comfortable working around animals and pets Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
