Program Supervisor ICF

Join Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a Program Supervisor. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee daily operations of our Intensive Care Residential Homes in West Chester and Berwyn, ensuring high-quality services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Direct and supervise the daily operation of the assigned residential facility. Ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide training and mentoring to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Implement crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, and first aid protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care plans, incident reports, and program outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents. Qualifications Minimum age 21 years. Valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related field. At least three (3) years of human service experience with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Empathetic, team-oriented, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of behavior management, positive reinforcement, and ability to serve as a positive role model. Completion of an eight-day new hire orientation program. Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift, and perform repetitive hand movements; able to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
