Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity

West Oaks Hospital has provided psychiatric care to the Houston area and surrounding communities for over four decades. Our 176‑bed acute care facility is fully accredited and includes a 16‑bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents, and adults, with care levels including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient. The hospital is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the overall quality of the nursing care delivered in the facility through planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of delivery systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school through an MSN program.
  • Licensure & Certification: Current Texas State Registered Nurse license, CPR, and hospital de‑escalation certifications.
  • Experience: Seven years of post‑master’s experience in a psychiatric setting or related field; and three years of management experience.
