We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a polished, upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a high-standard environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional service, and drive results.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong knowledge of elevated service standards and restaurant operations
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Experience managing labor, food costs, budgets, and overall profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
