Full‑Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You address each patient holistically and guide them toward self‑reliance and independence. You collaborate with your peers, make appropriate referrals, and consistently put patients and their families first, ensuring the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
