A dedicated district near Katy, TX is welcoming new SLPs to serve a vibrant K-12 community. With the current SLP preparing for a well-earned retirement, there's a strong need for enthusiastic professionals to provide crucial in-person therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.

This role offers flexible placement based on your experience and preference—opportunities are available at each school level. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with efforts to maintain sizes between 50-60 students, ensuring you have the support and time to make a real impact with each child.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with students across various age groups, particularly K-12
• Ability to build rapport with children and collaborate with school staff and parents
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting student achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
