You'll perfect your blow out/finishing skills by learning Blo's signature techniques, plus braids and up-dos. You'll get ongoing paid training and education, including access to Blo's exclusive education platform. You can learn new skills such as makeup and hair extensions (we'll pay for your certification). We offer career advancement opportunities. We provide all the tools and products you need. You don't need to find your own clients. We are busy with members, other regulars and new customers. We work with amazing brand partners such as UNITE, Color Wow, Olaplex and Bare Minerals. Your work can be featured on international social media channels. Opportunities to participate in photo shoots, fashion shows and other events.

Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services. Deliver exceptional customer service. Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups. Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities. Work collaboratively and support your teammates (front desk help as needed). Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas. The ability to work Sunday through Saturday. A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great.
