Bilingual Sales Manager (Mandarin/English)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager (Mandarin/English) to lead and develop a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, B2C sales, revenue growth, contract negotiations, and client relationship management. Experience in sales leadership, real estate, or residential services is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, schedules, and appointments.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings, team kickoffs, training sessions, and ongoing coaching.
• Establish performance expectations and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.

2. Lead & Pipeline Management

• Oversee lead distribution and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and reassign inactive or unassigned opportunities as needed.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries and support team members in converting leads into projects.

3. Contract Negotiations & Client Support

• Oversee contract execution, pricing discussions, and design-related negotiations.
• Provide guidance to sales representatives on project quotations, design inquiries, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Coordinate with international teams on sales initiatives, lead management, and business development activities.
• Help ensure clients receive accurate quotes, timely updates, and consistent service.

5. Sales Events & Marketing

• Plan and coordinate sales events, open houses, and other lead-generation activities.
• Manage event schedules, team assignments, and on-site participation.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales team management experience.
• At least 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Experience in real estate sales, residential construction, or home improvement is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing high-value sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and team activities.
• Familiarity with residential construction, ADU design, permitting, and building processes is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support communication with international teams.
• Availability to work Saturdays and attend sales events as needed.
• Must be able to commute to the work location in the South Bay Area.
