Banner Children's Hospital at Desert in Mesa, Arizona, is a 76-bed unit divided into high acuity ICU patients and lower acuity patients. Our ICU side is an open pod layout with six beds per pod. Our CCN (lower acuity) side are all private rooms allowing parents space to room in and learn how to care for their baby before going home. We have a diverse population of patients that include micropremies, neuro patients, cardiac anomalies, surgical patients, ECMO and whole-body cooling. We have a family centered care model with an interdisciplinary team approach. Our care includes 24-hour Neonatology coverage, development therapists, Nutritionists, PT/OT and SLP and lactation.

Our team attends all high-risk deliveries providing the rare opportunity to care for our patients from birth to discharge. *RN NICU experience is preferred, but not required*

This is a full-time DAY shift position from 7AM to 7:30PM. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
