The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards, leading safety meetings, and completing price changes.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, effective communication, and physical requirements such as lifting, standing, and operating a motor vehicle.
