Security Construction Program Manager (Hybrid)

Job Title: Manager, Program/Contract 3 Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid – onsite Wed/Thurs) Duration: 18 Months Pay: $40–51.08/hr. Seeking an experienced Project/Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects ranging from $10K–$1M. This role is responsible for project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. Responsibilities Manage physical security capital projects from planning through execution and closeout Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Coordinate vendors, field activities, and construction efforts to meet timelines and spending targets Review security engineering plans, electrical single-line diagrams, logic diagrams, and MEP/construction drawings Lead project meetings, status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communications Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, and financial documentation Conduct field walks and support project assessments and vendor quality reviews Promote safety compliance and safe work practices aligned with OSHA Track project accounting, risks, issues, and mitigation plans Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience 2+ years of contract management experience 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience with MS Project scheduling and financial forecasting Ability to read and interpret electrical, construction, and MEP drawings Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field PMP Certification OSHA safety experience #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
