Air Traffic Controller
Crossing Hurdles
Oversee and manage air traffic control (ATC) operations in compliance with aviation regulatory standards. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality AI training data for aviation systems. Design and curate realistic and edge-case air traffic scenarios to enhance AI robustness. Validate, analyze, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated outputs. Teach undergraduate-level courses and develop detailed syllabi and instructional materials. Evaluate, grade, and document student assessments with constructive feedback. Mentor junior team members and support continuous professional development initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in air traffic control operations with strong regulatory compliance knowledge. Strong analytical thinking and scenario design capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and instruction. Experience with AI training data development, validation, or quality assurance. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and operational environments.
