Lash Lounge Sales Representative

We're looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. This role is perfect for someone who:

• Enjoys talking on the phone
• Is naturally personable and persuasive
• Likes performance-based pay
• Wants control over how much they earn
• Has experience working in a salon with MindBody (desired but not required)

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
• Sell memberships and retail products
• Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

Pay: Hourly base + commission + bonuses. Typical earnings: $17$20/hr
