Paid Search Strategist

Managing paid search programs for 1-2 enterprise clients, the full-time Paid Search Strategist will activate, optimize, and scale campaigns while collaborating closely with the Paid Search Account Director in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Translate strategy into structured and scalable Paid Search programs, managing campaign builds and expansions across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Optimize large-scale budgets through daily management of bidding, budget allocation, and campaign performance against KPIs Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and support forecasting and measurement frameworks Required qualifications 4-6+ years of experience managing paid advertising programs Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis and optimization Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 or Hubspot Analytics Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com Virtual Vocations Inc
