Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position spans the entire 2026/2027 school year, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment. You'll work closely with a high school caseload capped at 80 students, focusing on supporting their communication and language goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio SLP license required
• Accepting both CCC-SLP and CFY-SLP candidates
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for high school students, tailored to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to track progress and update goals as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school standards
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic student support
• Consult and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings for IEP development and progress reviews
