Junior Graphic Artist

We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Artist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer looking to launch or grow their career in the licensed apparel industry while creating graphics for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories featuring some of today's most recognizable brands. In this role, you'll create graphics, mockups, and production-ready artwork while collaborating with our design, product development, sales, and licensing teams. You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the product development process while learning apparel production techniques and working on products sold at major retailers across North America. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Middle Village, NY office. Responsibilities Create original graphics for apparel and accessories Develop artwork based on creative direction and licensed brand guidelines Prepare production-ready artwork with guidance from senior team members Create CADs, mockups, and presentation materials Adapt graphics across various garment styles and decoration methods Revise artwork based on feedback from licensors, customers, and internal teams Organize and maintain digital artwork files Collaborate with the design, sales, and product development teams on seasonal collections and new concepts Stay current on apparel, fashion, graphic design, and pop culture trends Qualifications 0-2 years of graphic design experience (apparel experience is a plus, but not required) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field a plus Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn apparel production and decoration techniques Passion for fashion, licensed brands, entertainment, and pop culture Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity What We Offer Opportunity to work on recognizable licensed brands Hands-on experience creating products for major retailers Collaborative, creative, and supportive team environment Mentorship from experienced designers and opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
