Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Delivery Driver for a local company in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Job Duties:

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner
Load, unload, and secure items for transport to prevent damage
Review delivery orders, routes, and schedules before departing
Follow assigned routes while adapting to traffic, weather, or road conditions as needed
Verify delivery contents against invoices or shipping documents
Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required
Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries
Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and paperwork
Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure safe operating condition
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery discrepancies promptly
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
Assist with warehouse or shipping duties when not on the road (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm.
