Senior Front-End Engineer

Senior Front-End Engineer (React) 100% remote – even after COVID We are a marketing research tech company that has built its core products leveraging Client, that provides key insights into companies in niche industries across the board. Our systems to support these platforms require very strong frontend engineers to build sophisticated web applications, internal and external facing portals, Chrome extensions and more. We are looking for strong, inquisitive engineers with clever solutions, and a desire to join a small but fast growing team of Engineers ( What you'll be doing Develop production-grade software that is modular, reusable, scalable, and highly functioning Write comprehensive tests, use best practice testing practices, and maintain test coverage Introduce engineering process improvements and tools (depending on seniority level) Mentoring/pair programming/leadership (depending on seniority level) Skills we're seeking 5+ years of experience with front-end engineering focusing on modern JavaScript frameworks 2+ recent years of experience with React Strong experience with state management: RxJS, Redux Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams Experience working in fast-pace "startup type" environments Nice to have experience Experience with ES6 (aka Ecmascript 2015) and ES5 standards Experience with best practices of frontend security, authentication, and authorization techniques (e.g. JWT tokens, OAuth) and common hacker avoidance practices.
