RN Seasonal Med Surg

Seasonal RN position at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, Texas. Patient population includes Nephrology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Gastrointestinal services. The unit has 35 beds. Seasonal Commitment Full-time seasonal assignment: 13 weeks, excluding first week of orientation. Three 12‑hour (7:00–19:00) shifts per week. Hourly rate: $51 per hour. Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentiations (stackable). Weekend shifts rotate; same requirements as regular days. Completion bonus: $1,500 for meeting minimum productive time. Orientation: first week Monday‑Friday. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid RN experience. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Must not use nicotine products (as of Jan 1, 2012). After assignment, potential for transition to full‑time, part‑time, or PRN roles.
