Job DescriptionThe Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Payment Services to the client, representing multiple business channels. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals. Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experienceTypically eight to 10 years of client management experience in the payments industryPreferred Skills/ExperienceStrong contract negotiation, account management and project management skillsWorking knowledge of ROI and P&L calculationsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret dataProven customer service/relations skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsTravel is 30-40% for meetings or conferences annuallyThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.
