Nutrition that Works, LLC is currently seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity in an acute care/skilled nursing facility in Fairfax, SC for 16 hours per week.

Position Highlights:
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Completing the MDS
- Calculate tube feeding
- Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Ideal Candidates:
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- South Carolina State Licensure
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
- Positive, professional attitude
