Position Summary

The Flex Personal Banker plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting branch operations across multiple locations. This adaptable position requires traveling up to 1 hour from your home bank office to provide coverage where needed. Responsibilities include a blend of Teller and Personal Banker duties, account opening, conflict resolution, and building long-lasting client relationships. You will demonstrate operational excellence, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and quickly pivot to meet the needs of clients and the bank.

Required Skills & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation for travel and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
• Must travel to Wichita, KS, for a week-long training during the first week of employment
