The ideal candidate: Must have 2+ years of experience at a frontier lab such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, or top bio‑AI labs like Isomorphic or Baker Lab. Proven track record of high‑caliber research with publications at top venues like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR and hands‑on large‑scale training experience.
