Thv Insurance Agency Llc in Houston, TX is looking for 3 customer service representatives to join our strong team. We are located on 14405 Walters Rd Ste 144 Houston TX 77014. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Support Sales Team with services customers may have
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
