Technical Recruiter

Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on recruiting top technical talent across a variety of industries and skill sets, while also supporting Professional Administrative searches as needed. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles across a range of skill sets and levels. Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Support Professional Administrative searches as needed, including roles such as Administrative Assistants, Coordinators, and Executive Assistants. Stay informed on technical talent markets, recruiting trends, and competitive compensation. Qualifications 1–3+ years of recruiting experience; staffing/agency experience preferred. Experience recruiting for technical positions strongly preferred. Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS preferred.
